Line/ Prep Cook At Reynard – We are seeking Line Cooks and Prep Cooks to join our team at Reynard at the Wythe Hotel. There are shifts available for AM service- 6am- 3pm PM Service- 2-11pm Reynard is a fine dining Restaurant located in the Wythe Hotel in Williamsburg. The Food and Beverage program at Reynard and The Ides has been created by Andrew Tarlow and the minds behind Diner, Marlow and Son’s, Romans, She Wolf Bakery and Achilles Heel. We focus on seasonal, New American cuisine and a strong commitment to sustainable sourcing from local purveyors. Animals are received whole and butchered on-site. Reynard is a dynamic work environment and an opportunity join a group of creative and passionate individuals. This is a teaching kitchen with a focus on building technique. WHAT YOU OFFER: -Strong work ethic and excellent communication and people skills. -At least 1 years kitchen experience in a high volume, fine dining restaurant in NYC. -Thrives in a fast paced and energetic environment. -A passion and understanding of local, sustainable, responsible farm-to-table cuisine. -The ability to work 4-5 shifts a week and open weekend availability. -Interest in becoming a part of and embodying the creative, dynamic and unique culture of the Wythe Hotel.
